Foreclosure Assistance is for tribal members who are already homeowners.  If you have become delinquent in mortgage payments, and are facing foreclosure proceedings, we may be able to help.  Flathead Finance Program assists in effectively communicating with lenders to find a way to avoid foreclosure, and if necessary, providing a one-time loan of up to $20,000 to get the homeowner’s payments back on track. These one-time loans would be a second mortgage for the homeowner.
