Contractors can submit bids by dropping them off at the reception desk, online or by email. The Housing Authority will be accepting online and emailed bids as long as they meet the bid deadline. The Inspector(s) will have the bid sheets online or at the Housing Authority and will give them to interested contractors. All bids include the standard Invitation to Bid information which is available upon request. The bids still have to be received by 3:00 on the date they are due though, whichever way the contractor delivers them to SKHA. Thank you and good luck.
