The Annual Performance Report (ARP) is a self-assessment prepared by the recipient of an Indian Housing Block Grants (IHBG). Each year SKHA must report to HUD on the annual accomplishments and show the progress made toward planned activities, intended outcomes, and programs. The APR describes how SKHA expended the IHBG funds for that year.
The Salish & Kootenai Housing Authority (SKHA) is required to submit this plan every year in order to claim their Indian Housing Block Grant (IHBG) funding. This plan spells out in detail all of the activities that SKHA will undertake in the coming year using IHBG funding.
