Ordinance 69D
Be it enacted by the Council of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes, that the Personnel Laws of the Tribal Government of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes, Tribal Ordinance 69 C as amended, is amended by repealing it in its entirety and replacing it with Tribal Ordinance 69 D.

The Tribal Council of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes hereby establishes a public body known as the Salish and Kootenai Housing Authority (hereinafter referred to as the Authority), and enacts this ordinance which shall establish the purposes, power and duties of the Authority.
